doctor or doctor mom?

Years ago I wholeheartedly believed that pharmacuetical and over-the-counter medicines were necessary for healing. I would never have considered taking herbs for a serious illness. Until prescription and over-the-counter medicine stopped working - and my doctor admitted that he didn't have any solutions.

Only then was I willing to give herbs and essential oils a try.

Once I tried herbal medicine it didn't take me long to switch my thinking. For seventeen years, now, I havn't been to a doctor or taken conventional medicine - I haven't needed to because I've been able to heal everything that's come along with essential oils or herbs, or some other form of natural medicine!

There are some obvious differences between conventional medicine and herbal medicine that, I think, speak for themselves.

CONVENTIONAL MEDICINE
1. Medicines are patented and branded and tend to be controlled substances; they can be very expensive
2. Medicine cannot pass through cell walls and does not have the ability to affect viruses
3. Most medicine is toxic to the body; come with long labels warning of dangerous side effects - medicines can not heal but merely suppress symptoms and drive them deep into the body
4. Medications often leave a person feeling drowsy or drugged
5. Medicine typically performs an isolated function
6. Medicine often mimics herbs; it's common for pharmaceutical companies to use herbs as a base for medicine
1. Medicinal plants are not branded or controlled, in fact, simple herbs are inexpensive and effective medicine that can often be home-grown - and pure essential oils are very affordable (see below)
2. Herbs/essential oils are lipophilic which means they can easily pass through cell walls and destroy viruses and also cleanse and nourish cells (viruses cannot live in the presence of pure clove and cinnamon essential oils)
3. Herbs and essential oils are very balancing to the body; the vast majority of herbs are extremely safe and versitile and they create a cleansing environment that encourages the body to self-heal
4. Herbal medicine typically makes a person feel sharper, clearer, and more alive
5. Herbs and essential oils can perform a broad range of beneficial functions
6. Herbs never copy or immitate another substance

Pure essential oils are plant extracts that possess unprecedented healing qualities. They are 50-70 times more potent than herbs, and they are the safest and most effective type of medicine. Scientific research is showing that pure essential oils are superior to over-the-counter and pharmaceutical medication in both safety and efficacy.

Essential oils are known to heal conditions medicine can't, and using them on a regular basis will strengthen your immune system. Pure essential oils provide the easiest, most effective, and least expensive way to manage your health.

Consider that on an average, a 15 ml. (250 drops) bottle of essential oil costs less than a co-pay for a doctor's visit or a co-pay for a prescription and it can be used multiple times to treat multiple conditions. Pure essential oils are so potent that you only need a drop or two.
